Tonkotsu Risotto; Gardens By The Hills; Kimchi Fried Rice

With wooden tables and bricked walls, Paddy Hills has one of the most beautiful and nature-like interior design, making it a really cozy place to hang out with your best friends!

 Throwing back to their old old menu;

First from the left, we tried the Tonkotsu Risotto ($20). A unique combination of torched kurobuta pork belly, scratchings nori (pork skin) and raw quail’s egg yolk. It’s a dish really worth the try!

Next, Kimchi Fried Rice ($20). A dish with Hanger Steak, ito togarashi, negi, nori and sous vide egg. For those who love medium rare steaks, this is definitely a dish for you!

Lastly, Gardens by the Hill. A lovely dish for salad lovers who like their food raw and fresh!

Went on this trip to Paddy Hill quite some time ago. I believe they have now got a really great menu up, with even more variety and tasty food for everyone! Gonna go over again soon~
